Thank you in advance Whenever I add a product that has characteristics(product a) as an option to another product (product b) it doesn't give users the ability to not take the option and automatically adds both products to the cart. Is there a way to keep a no option without having to go through and create unpublished products just for the options. It just seems like a lot of work for something that is so standard across ecommerce websites. Occasionally this will also happen when clicking the cart link at the top of the screen. I have gone through the forum and all I could find that may be causing the problem is sef urls which are all turned off. Occasionally it will take you to the checkout but majority of the time it will not. This is on a website that is up and running so the sooner the better, thank you in advance.
