We are unable to see how we get the HikaShop Categories or Products to appear in a page or how to add the Quix page design to HikaShop. We have reached out to ThemeXperts but was given a couple of short videos which did not work. Has anyone any experience of using HikaShop with ThemeXperts Quix? Our host has confirmed there are no issues at their end. This can take some time. Is there a setting in the hikashop paypal plugin or in HikaShop where we can let paypal know to automatically capture the payment rather than authorise the payment once someone has completed the transaction? We are having to Find and Replace this with a Space to remove it. When we then Separate the data into Columns using the Semicolon the data is not sitting under the right Columns. item1_order_product_name contains City data as an example. I have shared a snip of an export showing some of this behavior. We assume we are not doing this correctly so require some assistance on exporting and separating in Excel. Able to help please? We have a product called match day tickets and 2 variant tickets types, standard and concessions, where standard is £5 and concession is £3. I set a quantity limit for the ticket product but I need a way that the total sales variants quantities will not exceed the 300. So if we sell 50 concession and 250 standard no more tickets will be available. Can this be achieved or is there a better way of setting this up?
