All latest orders with PayPay checkout trigger the following behaviour: 1) An automated email is sent from the website to the admin with this content TOPIC "Paypal Zahlungsbenachrichtigung abgewiesen:wrong receiver" (translate to: Paypal Payment notification dimissed:) CONTENT "The money was sent to the wrong PayPal account, likely due to the customer trying to cheat... "(followed by a System link to the order in question) 2) The order is set to "canceled" in HikaShop (see attached screenshot - i manually set it to "confirmed" later) ALL payments for those orders were recieved by Paypal though, and since so far all of them are virtual goods those Clients are a Little bit confused to say the least that once we received their Money we automatically set their orders to canceled before they were even able to download the files :-/ any idea what's going on? fyi i just recently updated hikashop to v2.5.0 because i was hoping to fix (and probably have) another Problem i encountered with "mixed" orders of virtual AND physical goods, probably caused by shipping issues ... best regards") Category: [Payment Methods](/forum/29-payment-methods "Discussions about the different payment methods for Hikashop") Topic started 11 years 3 months ago, by [Fliegel](/forum/user/32173-fliegel "View Fliegel's Profile") [Last Post](/forum/29-payment-methods/877840-paypal-payments-canceled#206640 "Hi, Please download again the 2.5.0 install package on our website and install it on yours again and that will fix the issue. We've added an extra security check in the 2.5.0 but it was a bit too strong. On our website we want to sell several digital files from MP3s to videos in various resolutions/formats. I created a first test file and product (a ~500MB ZIP file with some WAVs) and everything seems to workf fine. i then created another product which consists of 4 different video/data files and while my customer was able to download both the 2MB PDF and a 1.35GB MP4 video he (and myself as well) got a 500 Internal Server Error when trying to download the other 2 files: a ~4,4 GB ISO and a 2,9GB WMV. First i thought this issue is related to the PHP "max_execution_time" (which is set to 50000 by default from our hosting company) but since it took me ~90 secs to download the 500MB test file without any issues (and the client managed to download the even bigger 1.3GB file) i wonder if there is another file size issue maybe with the PHP handling the download? My problem is in Article when I am going to add hikashop product, there is no product button listed below editor.
