Our site went down and when we brought it back up any character that wasn't in the English alphabet got changed to a "?". So, in the shipping zones I manually fixed all the countries so that in the zone names they have both the name in english and the spoken language of that country, but now i see the same thing has happened within "states". For example, if you add an item to the cart and act like you are shipping to the country "Georgia" there are several required selections in the "state" drop down menu, all show ?????. How do I fix this?")
