In the shipping plugin configuration, you can link a shipping method to a warehouse and you can also link a shipping method to a vendor. If you link the shipping method to "warehouse X", HikaShop could use the shipping method for all duplication of the warehouse X for the different vendors. If you link the shipping method to "vendor Y", HikaShop could use the shipping method for all warehouses of the targeted vendor.
