Just in your example, the Joomla debugger asked for 34Mb of memory.. That's 26.5% of the memory you are allowing. I did not have these problems with the old host, but am now having it with the new. I tried to hit the export botton when on the product page. I get an HTTP 500 error. This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying. For more information about HTTP errors, see Help. I talked to BlueHost, my new host, and they found this error on their server: [error] [client 69.195.67.135] File does not exist: /home2/mcgheesm/public_html/media/com_hikashop/js, referer: www.mcgheesminiatures.com/ They told me that it is a log message from their domlogs. They suggested going to HikaShop. I also was trying to work with Mass Actions. I found a post called "Mass delete products". The post is 10 monthes old. Here someone asked a question about deleting a large number of products. The answer was to create a new mass action, use a csv file with the products to delete, use the file as a filter, and delete as the action. Sounds great to me. However, when I try to click on New button, I go to a blank screne. I also tried to click on, to open the Mass delete function already in HikaShop, I get the same thing, a blank screen. I seems like something did not full transfer over to the new host? But since others are having trouble with this as well, I hoping that there is some answer that I'm not finding. | [](/forum/28-shipping-methods/874231-shipping-dimensions-vs-item-dimensions#187237) | [Shipping Dimensions VS Item Dimensions](/forum/28-shipping-methods/874231-shipping-dimensions-vs-item-dimensions#187237 "-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.5 -- Joomla version -- : 2.5.8 -- PHP version -- : 3.5.13 -- Browser(s) name and version -- : Explorer 11.0.15 I'm working on setting up my shipping info. I am selling Dollhouses, everything form kits for a house to tiny accessories. The dimensions I entered for the house kits are the over all dimensions once the house is assembled. This is the size that a buyer would want to know. However, when it comes to shipping, a house that is 48"H X 29"w X 19"D actually ships in a flat box much smaller. So if my shipping plug-in uses the dimensions in the description of the products, the shipping will require a small bank loan! But, again, the buyer wants to know how big the house is once it's put together. So how can I avoid this problem? Also, I am having trouble finding some documentation that I need. I see a lot of comments about using 'warehouse' when doing shipping. However, I am having trouble finding anything about what warehouses are, and how I set up different ones. I do have at least 4 different venders/distributors that I offer items from on my website. They will all drop ship for me. But I have to figure out how to figure out a shipping charge to when an order is placed. If anyone can point me towards some good tutorials or info on these topics, I would love it! I import my items with a CVS file. I have created 'product_vendor_id' and 'product_warehouse_id' columns in the file, and set them up in HikaShop. My products all also belong to a category, (currently I have over 800 categories.) I've been working on this e-com site for a very long time now, and have 40,000+ items to offer! So I really need to get all the technical details worked out so I can put this site to use. One last item, I have been reading a lot on the forum about HikaMarket and wonder if that is something I should look into.
