Field type = Text. When exporting the .csv file the catalog numbers of the products won't show the zero number when it is in the first number (for example catalog number 0100 = 100). The import system has been made to import ALL information of a product ; it means that you need to import a complete and full CSV containing ALL columns of a product ; the kind of CSV you can retrieve by performing an export. The CSV you're trying to import is highly uncompleted ; it can't be imported due to the too many missing data. Please use a CSV in a correct formating, using coma or semi colon as separator and using double quotes for string encapsulation. Trying to do so by exporting and importing .csv files. When trying to export it does not do the job. Apparently because we have many categories and sub-categories and because some sub-categories have similar names the shop is a mess after uploading the csv file. Following your advise we updated the Hika Shop version hoping we will be able to use category id's instead of names but it does not work in the latest version "HikaShop Business: 2.3.5". Please guide us and help us find the best way to update prices. We have been working for 8 month on this site. All we need to update is the price there must be a way to do this, without it HikaShop Business will not be a use for us. Please help.
