Then, log on the frontend and access a menu item of the type hikashop order listing (that you would have created before via the Joomla menu manager) and there you'll see your order along with the cancel button. Try to click on it and see if that works. Then, try the link in the notification email that you can send to the customer when you change the status of the order.
