This comes up after putting in payment information and it does send notification emails that the order has been placed, and the order appears in hikashop with no order status. I'm testing using the fake credit card details for eway. I found other threads on this topic that mentioned going into hikashop -> system -> emails. However I don't have an emails option in hikashop-> system. Under hikashop-.system->configuration->emails I have double checked everything is set correctly.")
