Your issue can have a lot of different meaning and so, different solutions. Here two possible meanings : 1 - There is no "terms & condition" in your checkout. So you have to configure your checkout workflow and add the block "terms & condition". www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/5...ml#checkout_checkout 2 - You have the block in the checkout but when you click on the link, nothing happen.
