I can't force an error to appear, even though everything is enabled.. (Debug on, error reporting maximum, php errors in webhosting panel) The order is perfectly registered in the order list on backend, but no mails are sent to customer or admin notification e-mail address. It looks an issue on sending the mail, as changing the order status on backend, gives a blank page too after confirming, with notify customer on YES :(.. PHPMail from Joomla is working correctly. Updated both Joomla & Hikashop to latest versions, but it didn't solve the issue. Thanks for reply.. A blank page is generally a PHP fatal error but it can also be a "die" or an "exit" generated by a plugin. But the common issue is mostly the PHP fatal error. I did receive the order the first time, because when they then refresh, I'll get the order another time (new order every time they refresh). It doesn't seem browser related because it happens on Chrome, Safari. When I try to make an order, i'll sometimes get it, and sometimes not. And this seem to be the case by the customers too. What could be the issue here? When you get the blank page, a PHP error happen. The best is to turn on the "error reporting" setting of the Joomla configuration and get again the blank page. In that case, you'll get an error message on the blank page which will tell you what's going on. If it's random, it's highly possible that it comes from the memory limitations of your php.ini which is too low. But it could be something completely different.
