To me it looks like a customization issue. Check if you have the folder templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/product/ on your website via FTP. If you do, try renaming it and see if that helps. If so, it means that the issue comes from one of the override view files in that folder that has been customized in a wrong way. Whilst i can get the module to work - (so the heading and the button are published) i cant get the text box or title to display. It actually worked the first time i tried it - but then when i edited the filed properties - the text box disappeared and I have tried everything to get it back including deleting and starting it again At the moment it is set to publish if a book it put in the checkout. So if you still have the issue even though you're using the 3.5.0, then there is only one thing to check, and that is the important note of the step 1 of that post.
