I am asking if there is a way to include an order number or reference number with the payment information I send to Cybersource. I have it set to accept Group Packages because that is how we ship. Here is an example, the customer purchases 10 pcs of product 1 and 5 pcs of product 2. Currently the fedex plugin groups these all together in 1 box. Could I set it up to group them in 2 boxes where the first box is the 10 pcs of product 1 and the second box is of the 5 pcs of product 2? If this is possible, could I then restrict how many items could fit in each box? For example, you can only fit 12 pcs of product 1 in a box and if you have 14 pcs, it would split it up into 2 boxes, 1 of 12pcs and 1 of 2 pcs. Thank you. It works great but it isn't configured to how we actually package and ship the products. If I don't choose group packages as an option, it calculates shipping as 1 box per product. This is fine for the gallons of paint but for the smaller products, we package like products together in the same boxes. Is there a way I can configure the fedex shipping method to estimate the cost by grouping some products together in the same box and some by themselves in another box? For example, if someone purchases 3 aerosol cans, 2 quarts and 1 gallon, we would use 3 separate boxes to ship them. The 3 aerosol cans in one, the 2 quarts in another and the gallon by itself. Is there anyway of achieving this with Hikashop and the fedex plugin? Thank you.
