I made a test purchase (with a new user) but I am not getting the download links via email as required. I just get redirected to this link with no product download link :   soinsaunaturels.com/index.php?option=com...rder&#95;id=4&amp;Itemid=546  When I look in orders section, I see the message &quot;order status does not permit downloads&quot; for the purchased item. Why would the order not show the confirmed status to allow purchased file downloads?  Please help me getting this through, what am i missing ?
