After I have created pack with pack sql data. and linked product to created pack. and checked all the configuration on back end. But I can't see Serial number on order confirmation email . I need that the customer gets a PDF, where are his download informations, a small instruction and his serial is inside. Can you please let me know, what cause the problem.
