I attach to this message two screenshots to explain what's happening in my admin: when a customer has specified a shipping address different than the billing address, in the order confirmation emails the shipping address is not displayed. Instead of that is displayed the billing address. Please refer to the screenshots for a better understanding. The problem is that this mandatory custom field is requested, on the checkout, even if i haven't got any product of the specific category in my cart (the custom field is not visible on the checkout). Everything went fine, with your help to display the product price on the product page, but now i'm stuck at this point: i'm having this kind of error on the checkout, when trying to buy the specific subscription product ( www.romena.it/home/abbonamento-giornalin...o/89-giornalino.html ): No payment methods found. I've searched in the forums to find out what's wrong, typically, when you stumble upon this type of error, but my problem seems different, 'cause my payment methods display correctly when i'm trying to buy, say, books, or other stuff i sell in my e-commerce, but they do not display when in the cart there's the subscription product.
