At the moment it is by default on the first value "Mr" (or the one changed in the back end > Display > Custom Fields. But there is no display of the default selected option like for "Country" : "Please make a selection from the list" And when the label/span are hidden, and displayed inside the menu option/input field, see screen shot attached. Is there a way to have the name of the label/menu in the menu itself as the default selected (but no valid) option?
