Everything seems ok when there is a single item selected, but once I double the order or add another item S&H cost doesn't seem to add up. Is there anyway to change this? If you use a payment gateway where the customer is redirected to the gateway after the checkout, the order has to be created before the user enters his credit card information. I have USPS as my Shipping method and I will be fulfilling orders myself. WHAT DO I DO NEXT? Once an order comes in, what do I do to fulfill it???? Is it all manual checking? Do i look into Authorize.net daily to see what was processed then go into HikaShop to match up which order needs to be fulfilled.? Then mail out the order? At that point, you can send the package with the goods to the customer and then change the order status to "shipped" and activate the notification so that the customer get again an email. If your orders are not confirmed automatically with Authorize.net in SIM, it means that something is not OK on your website and Authorize.net wasn't able to deliver the payment notification to HikaShop (for example if your website access is restricted to some user groups, or to some IPs).
