First, this platorm is absolutely amazing,. The problem I am having is that I want to use the google products plugin to create an XML file and get my products on google shopping. However, every time I hit Trigger download, nothing happens. A new page opens, but it is blank. There is clearly an error or hangup of some kind, but I am not getting any error message.  Can someone give me some insight on this?
