I did follow a guide for the HikaShop end of things to set up a tax exempt user group, but I think TaxCloud is interfering or overriding this. Any suggestions that can help me? Then, Sage Businessworks has an import system for the sales. The issue is that the format will be a bit different. So it will require opening the CSV in excel (or another CSV edition software) to modify at least the headers of the data columns. The export could be customized in order to do that automatically for you.
