I've installed the paypal plugin and configure it. But when I test it and try to check out in my shop, it doesn't allow me to chose paypal, only "bank transfer". I've added pictures of the paypal configuration and the frontend checkout. The strange thing is, that if turn on the "Display Express Checkout button on checkout view", the paypal logo appear at the end of the page, but it doesn't allow me to chose between "bank transfer" and "paypal".
