Ive tried my best with google Dev tools and searching all over this form, but I can't get this page to line up correctly. I also can't get the image to be responsive. I was wondering what php file might have that wording. I set the "Use price per product" to yes and gave it a 0, and on the actual product I set the "SHIPPING PRICES" to minimum quality of 3 and set 0 but I am not sure if I am doing it correctly. Products without a weight won't be handle by the shipping plugins and they will be consider as "digital" product (so no shipping or "free shipping") If you still want to have a shipping address in all orders ; you can let the "force shipping regardless of the weight" setting in the configuration but you can organize your products in two warehouses. One warehouse with your shipping methods and the other warehouse with just one "free" shipping method.
