Now trying to create a category menu item and a category module listing. However, every setting that I change is set back after saving. For instance: I try to set the amount of category columns to 3, but after saving the field is empty. This also happens with other settings... Any ideas? Try to logout/login from your backend and see if that helps. That error message is normal if the settings of the menu/module can't be saved. Once you save them, the error should not be there anymore and hopefully the categories will display.
