The issue occurs when a customer goes to process their order and is asked to login or register an account on the 1st step of the checkout. When a customer goes to register, an error message appears at the top of the page and none of the drop-down selection boxes load correctly. The strange thing is that this issue only occurs when a shopper goes to register as part of the checkout process. If they use the registration option in the login module that's in the main navigation then they don't have any problems. The rest of the shopping cart works fine with no issues.")
