We have two groups of users that look after the website from two different locations. In location A we're able to update customer orders without an issue (can change from Confirmed to cancelled or shipped), however in location B when someone goes to update the customer order then goes to confirm they get taken to the customer login page without the changes being updated. Things that have been done to try and resolve already: Browser cache cleared. Website cache cleared. Updating flash/browsers. Wonder if you can help with the following: We have the following payment options Bank Transfer and Card Payments. When people select bank transfer as a form of payment the stock doesn’t get allocated until its confirmed however if someone orders by Card the stock for the item is reduce so if there 1 item of a product left in stock and the bank transfer is done first then the Card payment. The stock is removed once the card payment is though. Is there anyway so when a Bank Transfer is done the stock is placed on pending or allocated to the order?")
