| [](/forum/26-product-category-display/877542-product-variation-images#204883) | [Product Variation Images](/forum/26-product-category-display/877542-product-variation-images#204883 "-- url of the page with the problem -- : www.nisites.com/skidemo_final -- HikaShop version -- : 2.5.0 -- Joomla version -- : 2.5 Hi I have a question regarding images for different variations of a product. I have a t-shirt as a test product. This t-shirt has 2 colours (black and red) and each of these colours comes in 5 sizes (small, medium, large, x-large, xx-large) I originally used a older version of HikaShop for testing and in the older version I created the product and then added the colour Characteristics first. I then went into each option within the colour Characteristics (red & black) and changed the image for each colour. So the black colour was given a image showing a black t-shirt and the red colour was given a image of a red t-shirt. Once the images for each colour has been set I would then add the size Characteristics which then automatically created 5 sizes for each colour. So if for example I looked at the large red t-shirt it would show a image of a red t-shirt and this would be the same for each size of the red t-shirt and vice versa for the black. I didn't have to go into each size and add a image as each size for the black colour already had the correct image and the same for each size in the red colour. Now with the new version of HikaShop (2.5.0) I cannot see anyway in which to add a image to a colour and the only way I can add a image is to manually do so for each colour and size so in the example I described above this would mean I would have to enter 10 variations and set the image for each (x2 colours / x5 sizes per colour). This seems odd that the updated version of HikaShop would remove the ability in which to add a relevant image to each colour and then when the sizes were added for each colour the correct image would already be set. Am I doing something wrong or is this just the way v2.5.0 of HikaShop now works you need to add a image to each colour / size variation. If this is the case it's not good because a further issue arises when I go into a particular variation say Black / Large and set the image and save as soon as I press the save button instead of taking me back to the variations screen (where the variations for the product are listed) it takes me back to the main product screen (where the product name, description, price etc) which means I then need to click on the variations tab again to select the next variation I need to add a image to which is incredibly annoying and time wasting. I surely must be doing something wrong as I can't imagine why it would be like this because it's very awkward if is. If someone could please reply I would appreciate it. I would email since I am meant to have a support subscription but for some reason no one is replying to emails today with other questions I have asked so thought I would post the issue here and at least any replies which solves the issue can be seen by others too. Thanks Robert") Category: [Product & Category Display](/forum/26-product-category-display "Questions about product and category display. I am having a little trouble with the product page. I currently only have one product which is a t-shirt that I have entered three images for as well as several colour characteristics. On the product display page there is only one smallish image showing also even though I have disabled the Euro currency as my site is only in GBP UK Pounds for some reason a Euro symbol is still appearing with the price of the tshirt. I would like the one image to be a lot bigger and for the other images linked to the product to be thumbnails beside the main image and when the image thumbnails are clicked the main image is replaced with a bigger version of the thumbnail image as what is common with the vast majority of online stores. Also I would like the Euro symbol removed and I just want one price rather than two and I do not want the GBP UK Pounds price to appear in brackets. I have tried searching on the forums for someone with similar issues but surprised that I can't find someone with the same issues so I guess I am making a really stupid mistake. I have attached x2 files one is a screenshot of how the product page currently looks and the other image is of how I would like it to look. Any help would be greatly appreciated please. Many Thanks Rab") Category: [Product & Category Display](/forum/26-product-category-display "Questions about product and category display. The way in which I created each page might be wrong but it was done by activating the relevant module in the modules area in this case the two activated are Brands for Brands and Hikashop Content Module for Categories. I have then created new articles for each and use the loadposition module to load the module on the page. No matter what options I change in the module via the Hikashop Options link I keep getting a list view which is a thumbnail image, title surrounded by a curved outline. I know how to change the image size and outline etc via parameters for div but I cannot figure out how to list the categories side by side rather than below each other. Please see attached image of the brands page is for example and then please see another attached image of how I would like it to be. I have literally spent days trying to work this out and would love my site to look like the demo Hikashop but can't even get this seemingly simple thing worked out.
