I'm pretty sure I have all of the correct settings ticked in my configuration but I can't manage to setup a single page checkout. I always see the guest 'required' email field which needs to be filled in before the 'next' button is pressed to then allow you to add an address. Is there a way to have this all as a single page? e.g. on my page I would have T&C's Cart Coupon Email Address Payment Methods I have all of this running fine aprt from the block of guest email.
