We assume this problem came up with an update of Hikashop, because it worked fine for the first two years. Description: we added some extra fields to the order confirmation. the e-mail after checkout contains the order details but all the extra fields disappeared. When sending the e-mail later from the related order out of the Hikashop admin area, it works as expected. the e-mail comes with the order details AND all additional fields to the inbox. We like to have the same output on the order confirmation after checkout like from the order admin in Hikashop admin. Your help is very appreciated. Thank you! So first, check that they are configured like you want and save them once. If you don't see them in the emails but you have the email display setting activated in the fields and the fields are in the order details, it means that you have modified the emails in the System>Emails menu and that you have overrides from an old version.
