Lorsque le client passe en caisse (option "sans enregistrement"), j'ai ajouté le champs "Votre propriété est-elle accessible à un camion de plus de 3m ? Oui / Non" par exemple). Tout cela fonctionne à merveille. Cependant, le client peut aussi opter pour un enlèvement directement à l'usine (donc sans frais de livraison). Mais du coup, ces questions sur l'accès à sa propriété n'ont plus aucun sens, et je souhaiterai les enlever quand il sélectionne l’enlèvement gratuit. Comment puis-je faire ? J'ai fais un test de mon coté, en créant une commande et en allant jusqu'à sélectionner la CB comme moyen de paiement puis en abandonnant le processus à l'apparition de la page sécurisé de la banque (plugin Mercanet). La commande est créée, ça normal, mais si je veux la reprendre pour finalement payer, en passant par "mon compte"/"mes commande", je ne vois aucun moyen de le faire. Pas de boutons ou de lien pour "payer cette commande", alors qu'elle a bien le statut "créée" et non "confirmée". Est ce que j'ai raté quelque chose dans la configuration d'Hikashop ? Merci d'avance. Tout fonctionne parfaitement sauf un champs personnalisé dans lequel je spécifie le type de conditionnement (soit /m², soit /unité). L'idée est simplement d'indiquer la quantité comme ceci : "200 m²" ou "200 unité" en fonction du produit. L'erreur est très étrange, car mon code fonctionne pour tous les produits du panier, sauf le premier ! Plus étrange encore, j'ai utilisé exactement le même code pour le checkout, et cela fonctionne parfaitement... Et si je fais un tour par le checkout et que je reviens au camion, alors tout fonctionne parfaitement !! Je penche du côté de la mise à jour Ajax, mais là j'avoue que je sèche... Auriez-vous une idée ? Merci !") In my test shop (see URL above) I created a product called "Jas 1" with 3 color variants. The main product is named "Jas 1" and (with "Manage Variants") I named the variants "Jas (Groen)", "Jas (Blauw)" and "Jas (Zwart)". The default variant is "Jas (Groen)". Now when you enter the product detail page, it shows the name "Jas 1" while in my opinion it should show the name of the default variant: "Jas (Groen)". When you now select one of the variants, the displayed product name correctly changes to (for instance) "Jas (Blauw)". The same story goes for when I switch the option "Show default variant" to "Yes" in the main configuration... Is this a small bug? Thanks for all the good work guys, Great product! Ces échantillons sont payants, mais seront remboursés au client si il passe une commande. Donc voici ce que j'aimerais mettre en place : 1. Le client achète un échantillon, donc un produit comme un autre. (là pas de problème). 2. Hikashop génère un bon de réduction du montant de l'échantillon qui sera valable pour toute commande supérieure à 500€ et l'envoie par mail ou l'affiche en fin de commande. 3. Ainsi, le client peut revenir plus tard, passer commande de ses pavés, entrer son bon de réduction et donc se faire "rembourser" son échantillon, sous forme de réduction. J'arrive à utiliser les coupons, j'arrive à installer un montant minimum d'achat, et tout ça fonctionne parfaitement. Mais en revanche, je n'arrive pas à faire "générer" automatiquement un coupon par le site quand le client achète un échantillon. JE suis obligé de créer ces coupons moi même... Pourriez-vous me dire comment faire ? Merci et bonne journée !")
