And there is a problem with the "minimum price" field. You should remove the $ symbol from the field or it won't work properly. I would advise to remove all these restrictions and add the ones you really need, if any, one by one, and test each time if you still see the payment method on the checkout. The problem is on Step 1 (Cart Status) in the the Checkout process: The Registration for new customers doesn't show up. It gives this error message: Registration not allowed Please see screenshot here: prntscr.com/9ei2ax We followed the instructions on Hikashop Essential documentation for checkout settings. Please see our settings in this screenshot: prntscr.com/9ei70v Lastly, we have set up PayPal as the payment method. Please see settings in this screenshot: prntscr.com/9ei7m5 We also tried changing the PHP version to 5.6.16, but it didn't work. We also tried the process in FF but it didn't work. We will appreciate your advise on what we may be missing in the settings or may be doing wrong. In the demo we have watched (cloudaccess.net), this function was part of the System menu, but now it is not, we have looked at all other settings and menus without being able to find this.
