HikaSerial noted that ticket bought in goods User1 and being able to test it using the code (code, or EAN, or QRcode) but is able to record that it was used by someone other than User1 - example as the aforementioned User2 Thanks BTW: otherwise, everything is running as it should ;) www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/2...ticket-tutorial.html www.hikashop.com/support/documentation.h...ns-attachserial-form") Category: [HikaSerial](/forum/14-hikaserial "A Joomla! component for HikaShop which add new features around serials/licences and unique content assignation.") I can only recommend you to read again the attach serial documentation and see the example at the end of the page. 2/ That question is less related to the current thread than the previous one (which was not already out of the subject). And I'm afraid that I am not able to understand what you're talking about. What options ? What values ? 3/ It's the HikaSerial section of the forum ; not HikaShop. Thank you for your understanding. 4/ I'm not able to understand if the question is related to HikaSerial and, if it is, what you're talking about. I think it would be easier if you create different topics for your different questions and that you do not edit you own post a lot of time to add new content and new questions. And you're also free to use French if you want.
