I have turned off all or at least everything I can find related to taxing in HikaShop. When I go to PayPal and log in to make payment I see that it is adding 0.02 tax to the product amount which should be nothing. It's saying there is a Michigan tax of 0.06% so really there should be a least 12cents and not 2cents. what an I miss or have not turned off..
