And for almost every payment methods, except rare configuration cases, the &quot;invoice number&quot; is not available because you need to confirm the order to get it.  And when a payment method use the Order ID ; it will use the order ID and not the order number.  Your issue is not related to HikaShop or his features ; it is more related to the payment plugin you're using.
