HI, I read all your forums recommendations for setting for the default Canada Post shipping plugin. Regardless of whether I just set default options in the plugin and enable it, the plugin simply does not show as an option at all. The UPS plugin works fine and does show but I really need my Canadian clients to be able to select Canada Post. The Characteristic name is Style and the variants do show the proper price at the top but do not reflect in real time in the bottom section "Price with options" not sure how to correct that so when a person selects the Style, the Price with options shows the current price. As it is if you select one style but do not select any option it will only show the initial price of the default Style when you land on the Product page. I need the Price with Options to reflect what the person selects in Style regardless of whether they select Options.") I added the Option "Bypass Series" to the Product Aura, the Option "Bypass Series" has two active Variants. While the variants show on the product Aura, their variant descriptions do not...it only shows the default description. In addition the Option is Optional, I am really having difficulty with being able to allow options the client can pick but are not mandatory. Just about every product for a Bath and Kitchen renovation has options that are NOT mandatory. FOr example: client picks a bathtub....it has several Variants based on left side install right install which are mandatory to select. BUT Optional to this are the doors that surround the Bathtub which are in their own respective Category and also optional drains and hardware they MAY select as an Option but are not Mandatory. I will have several thousand products to create with Options that are optional and also as above those options are actual products with their own variants ion which the variant description must show when they select that Option.") Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log." On your forums it suggested to update to 2.6.2 which I did and the error still persists. When I change the logging from System Default to Maximum and then try the categories link it then just brings me to a blank page....not good as our client is seeing this as a failure in our contract to deliver an ecommerce solution and moreso this is our first purchase of your product for our client!") As the error message suggests, could you look in the server PHP error log for the error message corresponding to the problem ?
