I followed every instruction to the letter and the cron seems to work without any problem. The only thing I can't figure out is that the XML file isn't updated. I checked the permissions of the directory (/export) and the xml file inside it (kmproductlijst.xml I tried running the cron function from inside Hikashop and on the server itself, but it makes no difference unfortunately. This is the cron rule: and running every 15 minutes. The reports I get from the server give a positive result without any errors. For testing purposes, I changed some things in certain products to test, but it doesn't work. The file is simply not updated at all. Anyone an idea? p.s. I can't reach hikashop.com from my home, so maybe my IP is blocked for some reason? I'd like to find the "thing" that uses the same alias somehow somewhere. What's the best way to find the duplicate alias- so I can change that instead of the brand alias? I find it quite strange that the alias is already in use, because in my opinion everything should be separated (i.e. categories, products, brands etc. should have their own aliases) - there are no brands aliases that interfere with eachother ... The problem is that besides the categorieproducts a couple of random (I guess) products are added to the caroussel also. Here's a screenshot what explains the situation visually: I checked if the 'extra' / 'random' products are linked to any related or the same category, but they aren't, so I'm stuck big time :unsure: I hope you have some things I could check or do to solve this.") I'd like to show related products and products from a certain category. For example: We sell coffeemachines, so if you open a coffemachine product, I want to show related coffemachines AND coffeemachine accessoires (ie. Coffeebeans, cleaning tools / products, parts etc.) In that case, I'd use the "Accessoires" as categorie input and the related Coffeemachines as related products.
