Attached is the image of what I get when I select Hikashop->Products from the backend. All other admin pages are fine, such as Hikashop->Configuration, Hikashop->Categories, etc. Have enabled Joomla debug mode, and am getting no error messages. Thanks for any help!") Then, from the address verification page, if I hit the "new" address button using Explorer, I get this error: "Malformed URL component: expected id: (\d{10})\|(\d{15}), but got Hitting the "new" address button in Firefox and Chrome correctly brings up the popup window for the address entry.
