This depends on the setting "Update the product stock on confirmed status" of the HikaShop configuration. And then, if you have that option activated, the order statuses have to change when receiving the payment notification from the payment gateway, and it has to change to the status selected for the "confirmed" column of the menu System>Order statuses. So it's probably that you have that setting activated and selected another status than the one your orders are changed to upon payment, or that your website is not receiving the payment notifications from the payment gateway. If you just want to test the stock management, turn off that setting and the stock will update as soon as the order is created at the end of the checkout, before the payment.") 9 years 8 months ago by [nicolas](/forum/user/63-nicolas "View nicolas's Profile") | Replies:1 Views:442 | [Last Post](/forum/26-product-category-display/888781-counting-stock#262021 "Hi, The stock of products is updated either when an order is created, or when its status is confirmed. What you want is not possible by default, a filter can only be applied on a single characteristic. However, you do not necessarily need to have two different characteristics maat kids and maat for the sizes. You can put all the sizes, both 50 - 80 and M - XXL, in the same characteristic. If you turn on the dynamic display of your filter, it will then only display the available sizes in combination with the other filters. So if "jongens" is selected in the first filter it will display 50 through 80, and similarly if "dames" is selected it will only display M - XXL. Hope that helps.") 9 years 10 months ago by [GW](/forum/user/33851-gw "View GW's Profile") | Replies:3 Views:946 | [Last Post](/forum/45-filters-search/887961-second-filter-with-different-characteristics#257923 "Hi, Nicolas might not have understood your question, his answer is if you want users to be able to select multiple values of a filter (like for example select both size 50 and 56).
