When I go to make a coupon and choose a zone, the only options are Country and Shipping. I meant to have placed it in the Checkout forum Hello, I posted here before about a PHP error I was getting in hikashop when I was using RSVP pro that I was able to fix, but I am now receiving the same error again. This time, I know what the issue is. The issue is dealing with auto loading a coupon into the cart. I have a coupon for Local Residency that gets applied automatically if your country address is where the event is hosted. The Checkout works 100% fine only if I choose that specific country. But if I choose any other country besides the one that I have set to auto load, the site will crashes with the same error I was getting before Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 130968 bytes) in /libraries/joomla/filter/input.php on line 809 Disabling auto load will fix this problem. I also tried making a coupon called Out of Country to be auto loaded when a user chooses any other country that is not the host country, but the issue still persists. I also have tried making a discount instead, but for some reason, discounts do not seem to work. When I make a discount to be added on based on a country selection, it will show the discount next to the price of the item, for example, $100 - 15%, but it will not update the total price. Its appearance is working as it should, since if I pick any other country, it will not show the -15%, but choosing the correct country will make it show up.") I have guest checkout enabled, so whenever a guest fills out their info and clicks next, the site will hang and I will get the third or fourth error I listed. I'll get the same message too if I try changing the payment method, or by trying to complete checkout. The first two error messages I posted were when I ran the site in debug mode. I first got the FaLang error, and once I disabled that component, I was getting the second message. I tried increasing the maximum size allowed, but I was getting the same error regardless of my allocated memory. The last two error messages I posted are what I was originally getting before turning on debug mode. Again, I tried raising the memory allowed a bit and it would lead to the fourth error. When I tried increasing the time allowed, the site would crash with a 500 error. If you want to go and test this, go to the private link I posted and complete the registration choosing credit card for the payment method, since it'll direct you to hikashop checkout. For testing purposes, I only have a bank transfer method inside the hikashop checkout. The way I'm using hikashop is by linking it with JEvents RSVP pro so I could use it as a payment method. I am getting these errors when I do just about anything in the checkout screen. I have guest checkout enabled, so whenever a guest fills out their info and clicks next, the site will hang and I will get the third or fourth error I listed. I'll get the same message too if I try changing the payment method, or by trying to complete checkout. The first two error messages I posted were when I ran the site in debug mode. I first got the FaLang error, and once I disabled that component, I was getting the second message. I tried increasing the maximum size allowed, but I was getting the same error regardless of my allocated memory. The last two error messages I posted are what I was originally getting before turning on debug mode. Again, I tried raising the memory allowed a bit and it would lead to the fourth error. When I tried increasing the time allowed, the site would crash with a 500 error. If you want to go and test this, go to the private link I posted and complete the registration choosing credit card for the payment method, since it'll direct you to hikashop checkout. For testing purposes, I only have a bank transfer method inside the hikashop checkout. I did try getting the most up to date versions of each component, but that didn't fix it, and neither was downgrading to a lower one fix it. I went ahead and started remaking the site with the same template just to only have hikashop and jevents/rsvp pro only to find out that once I got to checkout, I was getting the same issue with it crashing if I did anything inside checkout. I did no save the error message, but it was a completely different one that was related to the hikashop plugin itself. I noticed that I had my registration setup to allow user creation instead of just guest checkout, so I went back to change it, went through checkout again, and it was working. This made me go back to my original site that was crashing and I went ahead and changed the checkout so I can save the changes. I disabled the ability to login during checkout, saved, then reenabled it and saved again, and for some reason, this fixed my issue. I do not know why editing my checkout in configuration and saving it fixed the issue, and I do not know why the payment trigger plugin was causing it to crash the site, and with changing the checkout, made the plugin work again.
