First there is no clear instruction on what to do and there seem to be no where to add that instruction in a colorful non-stress way. Second, the background on the shipping button on row1 is almost the same like the color of the entire row making the button non-conspicuous for users. That plugin is there to change the vendor user group after the product is bought ; so it means that only vendor have the right to buy his product.
