(Orders / Orders / click an order to edit). Without DEBUG on I just get a blank screen or pop-up I get the same error if I select (tick) an order and click the INVOICE button on the main screen but full screen rather than a pop-up box It was happening on an older HikaShop version but upgrading to the latest has not fixed the issue. It used to be fine on the old er version I was running until recently - so something has changed (a recent upgrade to PHP 8.0) to upset HikaShop. If you need to log into the site I can supply a temp log-in for you. Is there any way of seeing in more detail what has failed? Like what are to 40 invalid product codes? --See attached pic. Which column in the import CSV file is the product code? The text in the 'product_code' column looks ok (but with lots of '_' inserted). Since I did not generate this text could I delete all this column text and import again? They appear in the 'Product Name' and 'Product Page Title' columns and maybe others but I haven't chosen to write any other columns yet. See attached screen grab of the XLS columns. They to do not appear in the backend screens, the products have mostly been created by adding them to an 'exported' Products menu CSV and then re-importing via the same option. Why are they there? Can I remove them? They don't appear if I change the mass action file type from XLS to CSV. Nor do they appear if I 'export' the products to a CSV via Products menu export option. Seems to be linked to XLS format only? Is there anyway to control this so only one appears? Also I have product titles that include the ' character. Can I make it ignore these? ie Search: Mai = no results, 'Mai = results. 2) I can't seem to make it search on the Category names either. I have a category called "Ferns" with products under it, if I search on "Ferns" I get nothing, I was hoping it might display products under the Ferns category. Is this level of searching beyond SmartSearch? Is there a way to do it? Either in HikaShop or an Extension?
