The new user Hikashop account user is created and appears in Joomla users as not Enabled and Not Activated (both gray X).  If I try to send an email to the new user in that state using Joomla's Users Mass email the email never goes through. However if I choose &quot;Send to Blocked Users&quot; then the user gets the email even though they are neither Enabled nor Activated.  New user registration is set to Self in Joomla. Joomla email delivery is set to SMTP and works.  My store emails worked fine until a month or so ago. I might have had one or two Hikashop updates.  So my question is, am I missing some configuration option in either Joomla or Hikashop that might set new users to Enabled but not Activated in order for that initial registration email with the activation link to go out, or is there some setting or hack to make in Hikashop in order to also &quot;Send to Blocked Users&quot; out of Hikashop for that activation email, like Joomla mass mail does?
