And there is no token needed for it. So I suppose that breezingform is not trying to add an extra security layer by having a token only knowing by it for the IPN URL which it can check. But frankly that's not really useful since it is supposed to check with PayPal for the validity of the IPN upon reception. So there should not be anything to worry about.
