| [](/forum/4-how-to/83338-thumbnails-not-displaying-on-product-page#107857) | [Thumbnails not displaying on product page](/forum/4-how-to/83338-thumbnails-not-displaying-on-product-page#107857 "If I upload a product image that is not in the exact height / width ratio as set in the configuration > images, then it does not show up on the page. I can click on it and the full size image is shown, just not the thumbnail. If I inspect the code then I can see it is calling for an image in a directory thumbnail_100x74, however the image is in directory thumbnail_100x100, which is the default thumbnail size. It appears the software automatically creates the thumbnail to the size set in the configuration, but the page is looking for the exact size thumbnail. How do I fix this please. Thanks for your help") Category: [How to?](/forum/4-how-to "If you didn't find the answer on our documentation neither on existing posts, please ask your question here.")
