However, if it's the first time they are ordering than I do get the email. Not sure why? And if you didn't receive them, either they are in your spam folder, or there is something which lead to your hosting email server not being able to send the email to the receiver. So in that case, check your spam folder. If there is nothing there, the best is to make a screenshot of the details of such an email from the email history. Contact your hosting support and provide them the screenshot and ask them to check the log of the email server for the reason why the email was not delivered. The simplest is to go in the menu Display>Filters and disable that filter. However, since you're using that filter in the filter module at the top, it would also remove it from there. To only remove it from the top of the menu item, the best is to edit the menu item via the Joomla menu manager. I've created a module position above the main content area where I place the standard Joomla SmartSearch module with the HikaShop search plugin enabled. However, the result of that search is no way near as fancy as what I get on Amazon, eBay or even some other online garden shops, e.g. www.hydroponicsguru.com.au/ When I search there, I get a grid of thumbnails of the products and their prices.
