I can create an order and see it in the admin panel with the status "Created" but when I try to pay for it with a Bambora test card the invalid or verified status doesn't change to Confirmed or Pending as specified in the Payment Plugin settings. The order gets created, and the status remains as created until it is manually changed. Debug is turned on, but the log file only says "HikaShop Triggered" with the date and time for all attempted transactions. I can't find where the issue is. Thanks for your help.") When I get a successful payment (the purchaser can see a receipt), the order does not update to Confirmed. The order gets created, and the status remains as created until it is manually changed. The plugin config is attached. I've confirmed with Bambora that the settings on that end are fine. I'm not sure if the issue is in the plugin, or somewhere else. Thanks.") So either you gave the wrong screenshot, or you're not using the correct payment plugin. Now, if you were using the incorrect payment plugin, you should normally not even be able to access the payment page of the payment gateway. So you wouldn't be asking us about the payment notification to the website. So I suppose that you just gave a wrong screenshot. Please activate the "debug" setting of the payment method and do a test again. Then, you'll have data added to the "payment log file" under the Files section of the Main tab of the HikaShop configuration. It will provide crutial information on what's going with the payment notification.
