The item is not published. If we open the item directly, and try to publish from the item entry form, the system errors out. No error is displayed, even with maximum error reporting turned on. This is a new error since loading Hikashop vers. 4.4.2. It occurred after 4.4.2._2021-04-29_13-35-39, and continues to happen after uploading the patched version 4.4.2_2021-04-29_19-27-26 It happens on all browsers. If you don't get to see an error, try checking the PHP error log of your server. My question is this. When it displays the customer orders on their JomSocial profile page, the heading for the orders group is PLG_HIKASHOP_TITLE. I have dug through all the folders I can think of, and can't figure out which folder this is in so I can change it to a meaningful column header. Where should I look? We have a "compare products" feature on this site. It pops up after the customer filters for carat size and/or price. On the compare products view, there is an option for ADD TO CART. We don't want this option, because then the customer adds the product to the cart without choosing the necessary setting options that appear on the product page. How do I eliminate the "Add to Cart" button on the comparison views? Thank you.") I thought it was due to the system trying to display product code, but all my items have codes and this is always an empty parenthesis.
