I now have to provide a different address, different port and do not need to provide authentication. I have updated the website, servers etc without any problems. However HikaShop order status update is throwing an error. I have sent email to a test user from the HikaShop Customer screen with no problems. But if I send order status notification updates, I get the error the mail has been sent to the wrong Office 365 region. | [](/forum/26-product-category-display/906948-menus-seo#354812) | [Menus & SEO](/forum/26-product-category-display/906948-menus-seo#354812 "-- url of the page with the problem -- : dewidevelopment.co.uk/training/swansea-t...-3-outdoor-first-aid -- HikaShop version -- : 4.7.5 -- Joomla version -- : 3.10.12 -- PHP version -- : 8.1.22 -- Browser(s) name and version -- : Edge I have set up menus for the categories. When I click a category it is resolving the menu. I have set up a menu for a product, but when you click a product in the category listing, it does not resolve the menu option. Instead it returns /product/level-3-outdoor-first-aid as per the link provided. The menu option is /outdoor-first-aid-swansea What would be preventing it resolving to the corresponding menu? I had set up my product categories up as: Training Courses \| First Aid Courses \| Outdoor First Aid Courses Training Courses \| First Aid Courses \| First Aid at Work Courses Training Courses \| First Aid Courses \| Paediatric Courses Training Courses \| Health and Safety Courses However this was not helping me get noticed locally. I am trying to improve my local rankings, so I started to set up categories for each of the towns where the course takes place. I have then set each product to multiple categories. Swansea Training Courses \| First Aid Courses Swansea \| Outdoor First Aid Courses Swansea Llanelli Training Courses \| First Aid Courses Llanelli \| Outdoor First Aid Courses Llanelli Newport Training Courses \| First Aid Courses Newport \| Outdoor First Aid Courses Newport The menu option link to the main categories, but I hoped Google/Bing would find the town lists This however appears to have made a mess of my Google Search Console. I was hoping for product to be listed for each town, but I have multiple listings, also due to the related product modules also on the page. I have tried to set the canonical field. This would probably tidy up Google, however, when a user clicks a product it takes them to main category, losing their visit linked to the town they searched. This might not be issue as at least they have been brought to the site, as long as Google still indexes all the towns and doesn't ignore them due to the Canonical being entered. The other issue, Google is currently indexing pages due to the related module. For example the module provides other courses available in Swansea, helping the page be different to other pages, so Google doesn't ignore them as they are to similar. However, if you click a product in related module, it builds an incorrect breadcrumb e.g. dewidevelopment.co.uk/training/swansea-t...ric-first-aid-course Emergency Paediatric First Aid course is not part of the Outdoor First Aid category. Setting the canonical resolves this, but will it break my aim of Google find each town. Please advise on the best way to set up a product that gets indexed form different towns to improve Google/Bing indexing. How do I resolve the product menu option? Do I even need to setup menu options for products? I didn't plan to, but my site map doesn't list them and I hoped to speed up Google indexing by listing them on the Site Map. (I do not have the pro version of OSMap). Look forward to your advise") Category: [Product & Category Display](/forum/26-product-category-display "Questions about product and category display. Then used Option for the Book. This method allows setting different information for Regulated and Not Regulated, however, a 12-place course, leads to 24 variants. 12 variants have the same information other than price, this becomes a lot of work to edit. It gives the user the right interface and from - to price on the listing, but I have a lot of variants to create with the same information and there are a lot of custom fields on the products. The custom fields delay the load, so changing prices in the future would be slow while you wait for the load delay. Variant - Regulated Qualification - Yes, No Variant - Places - 1, 2, 3, 4,... 12 Option - Book - None, 1, 2, 3, 4, ... 12 Route 3 Create the Regulated Qualification as a variant, but set the Places and Books as an Option. The problem with this method is Places price is wrong as depends on whether it is regulated or not. e.g. a regulated place is £15 while a none regulated place is £5 Route 4 I noticed plugins for calculating prices based on custom fields, but I do not believe this can be done with options. Ideally, there would be options that multiply together. However, this route would not give the variant of regulated or not. Places: 1, 2, 3, 4 ... 12 Regulated Qualification: Yes, No Book: Yes, No If you set the Book to yes with a price, the price would get multiplied by places. I hope this makes sense. Have I missed a route for configuring this? Thank you for any advice. I now noticed when you remove products from your checkout, the screen refreshes and the product returns. If it is the last product, the screen refreshes back to the checkout with the product in. In Firefox, it started displaying the text 404 in the checkout product rows and then refreshing to full checkout. If you remove the item a second time, it can disappear. If you remove the items through your cart, there are no problems. If the user is logged in, everything performs normally. It appears to be occurring in guest checkout. I have new cookie control, but turning that off does not seem to alter it. I have turned off JCH Optimise to ensure that not interfering but noticed no difference. The Console is not reporting any js errors. I have not noticed the issue until it reached the live environment, so advice as to what could be conflicting would be very much appreciated.")
