In the order export, the address columns are split into shipping_address_... and billing_address_... columns, and the "Column order and labels" list did not recognise them. They were added after your other columns in their default order, which is why the email comes first, and the labels you type for them were ignored. We fixed it on our end. Download the install package of HikaShop on our website and install it on yours in order to get the patch. No need to change your mass action: run it again. The file will then start with the shipping first name, last name, street, city, post code, state and telephone, then the email, in the order you set, with your labels. The billing address columns still come at the end of each line, in the same order.
