When an order is submitted the email notification goes to the customer just fine. The order notification to the store owners does not go through if the email address is the same as the store domain - i.e. if the website the store is on is fitfuel.com and the email orders should go to is the order confirmation does not ever go through. Now, I created a forwarding email address on another domain - which takes in email then forwards it to and the store then sends out the notification just fine. I am on godaddy shared hosting and I am a pretty skilled developer. My real question is - is this a hikashop problem or a hosting problem? My guess is that it is a hikashop problem because I have installed hundreds of apps and shopping carts that can email to the same domain without a problem. I could really use some guidance here.
