We are using the JCE Editor, but I also tested with TinyMCE and the editor option is not available when using TinyMCE either. I also tried unpublishing several other 3rd-party Ext Editor buttons in case of a conflict, but no joy. Are we missing something?") We noticed that some product data was being imported into an existing product that was not the same product as what was being imported, instead of creating a new product. We believe we've tracked it down to an issue with product codes being too similar and Hikashop potentially not taking into consideration the full product code. For example, we have several products that have codes like: Brookstone-1234 Brookstone-1432 Brookstone-1342 Regency-1234 Regency-1324 Regency-1432 What we're seeing is that in some cases, the product is missing but the product's images/data were imported into a different product of a similar name - eg. Brookstone-1432 doesn't exist but Brookstone-1234 contains images for Brookstone-1432. We have many other products importing without any issue. It's only products that have these similar product codes that are being erroneously merged in some cases.") Also, our client is keeping a consistent image file naming scheme, meaning even if the image has changed since the last import, the file name remains the same. This appears to result in the product thumbnails not being recreated when the import occurs. You can see from the link provided that the initial thumbnail is one image (the old image), but when clicking on the image to view the full size image its a different image (the new image.) Is there a way to force all thumbnails to be regenerated when products are imported?") Please check the characteristics and variants of that product When importing variants via a CSV how do we set the default variant? I'm not seeing a column used to set that value. As a consequence of not having the default variant set in the import, all variants are being set as default and on the frontend we see this message on the product details view: "The default value of one of the characteristics of that product isn't available as a variant. Please check the characteristics and variants of that product" When I manually edit the product and set a single default variant and save, then the error on the frontend clears.")
